Volunteer Your Time To Assist CK4K Impact Your Community Today 

Last year hundreds of volunteers donated many hours of their time at Computer Knowledge 4 Kids. They came from churches, civic groups, community centers, corporations.  Many were individuals who simply felt a strong calling to help in any way they could help to address the needs of the Fort Worth/Dallas metroplex communities.

Hundreds of other county residents, groups, and organizations donated money, time, or life skills expertise (and in many cases, all three!) to help Computer Knowledge 4 Kids meet the needs of our county's less fortunate.

Multi-Types of Volunteer Positions are available for your participation to assist our clients in the Field sites.
Teaching Assistances/Aids

Mentoring programs
Support and Encourgement programs

Parenting programs

and many other areas need to be covered.

Hours to Volunteer
Tuesday-Saturday 11 a.m.-6 p.m.

If you would like to volunteer but aren't available during these hours, contact us anyway. We often have other areas that volunteers can assist in by providing basic hours for preparing for upcoming events.

You must be 16 or older to volunteer at Computer Knowledge 4 Kids.
You can volunteer to assist the parent, guardian, or the instructor if you are between the ages of 13 and 15.

CK4K's secondary objective is to be ethical and socially responsible to the public we have chosen to serve.  This program will meet the needs of the financially challanged members of our society and help improve the ability of these individuals to become a viable and vital part of our functioning economy.  Charities and voluntary organizations are asked to participate based on their declared creeds and community objectives. 

CK4K will be in a constant state of Change over the next (3) calendar years for the following reasons:

a)      Achieve objectives and will need to move onto another one (e.g. pilot program development in the first year may lead to an objective of increasing range of programs in the second year).

b)      The targeted environment will increase, with the expansion of demographic groups which cause the launching of new products/services (e.g. expanding into the Spanish community creating need to modify programs to address language challenges from new set of students).

c)      Technology will change product designs & material, therefore many services and procedures will constantly change on a quarterly basis.
